There are different dogs, in this case it was a small but very loud and aggressive dog that disturbed the guests. In general, I am against dogs in restaurants because in most cases they cause disturbances. Many simply don't care about others and bring their ill-behaved dogs to restaurants, stores, and so on, and also don't clean up after their dogs on the street. But let's not dwell on the sad part) I can still understand when a well-behaved dog is on a leash by the table outside and doesn't bother others. I don't accept anything else)

This is our favorite nearby restaurant. We used to always try to sit on the terrace by the sea, but we encountered rather pretentious service. One time we were even refused service because we came just for coffee and dessert. After the waiter who refused us stopped working at Porat, we decided to come back. By that time, we already had a child and started choosing the terrace behind the restaurant. And it was there that the service was completely different — friendly and welcoming. Our son really loves the broth with mini ravioli, and upon request, they can always bring extra ravioli for him. Each time I offered to pay for them, I was refused. We especially love the shrimp in truffle sauce and sea bass ceviche. As for the dogs — for many, pet-friendly is more of a plus than a minus.
